I think it's time to refine my searches for art on here. I've been checking 'Slayers' artwork on here for a few months now (restarted due to Revolution/Evolution-R) but I never saw this! One would think that with being the A/Z fan I am, I'd think to type their names into the search...
Anyway, this is really good! I find nothing wrong with the poses at all. If anything, it looks like a strong gust of wind (from a spell or natural) tossed Amelia directly into Zelgadis' path. Maybe Zelgadis is blushing at the sudden contact, or knowing that she's going to cause him to trip. ^_-

No need to feel honored or anything, I'm just another fan. I wish I could draw fanart (or had the patience to), but I can't so I've delved into the writing aspect instead. I tend to hold artists above writers anyway since it's one thing to write about a character, but another to be able to capture the character and their mood/emotion in the drawing. A picture really is worth a thousand words - if not more.

you know i've always thought that writing is more difficult bec. you're trying to convey a central point or theme across, which i find very hard to since i'm not good at writing to express myself (which is why i draw)
in my honest opinion, the good thing about writing is you can lead the imagination of the readers if you have the right words (takes great skill to achieve that result if you ask me)
art can be interpreted in many ways, so it's not criticized by it's content but rather by its delivery (at least that's the way i see it)
but then again drawing and writing are different mediums suited for different people ;D
i still feel quite flattered since i am an admirer of your writings
i guess it's a mutual exchange xD

Now THIS is what Z/A fanart is all about.
I've adored this pairing practically from the very beginning, and this picture embodies so much of what the pairing is all about. ^__^ I love the expressions on both their faces; Zel finds himself in the line of fire quite often, but secretly I don't think he minds, since he keeps doing it. XD Amelia has that fun-loving, sunny, though apologetic expression, knowing that they're probably going to both sporting some serious grass stains. XD
I love the sense of motion, and wonderful, vibrant colors you chose; this reminds me of many things I love about Zel and Amelia, and also part of the crazy, often emotional, absolutely wonderful series that is Slayers. A definite fave.
