Seems like somepony recognizes certain strengths of Rarity's style. The eyes, the air about her. Except this one is green (quite unlike Rare) and less reserved.
I like the varying tones of green you used for the hair. Nice highlighting on it and the body, as well. Good work with the expression, turned out quite seductive, in a good way. The pose does feel exaggerated at least a bit due to how far she leans, but it might just be on purpose. And I definitely approve of the extra fuzz you've given her coat in places, it makes her look both more shapely and somehow luxurious.
One thing I think could've been a bit better is the attachment of her left front leg (the one she's leaning onto, on the table) to the body. It doesn't feel substantial enough, and my eye somehow divides it and the rest of her. A strange effect.
Still, it's a job well done.

The design isnt mine, of course, so everything about the character and colors, belong to the owner of this OC.
i use to exagerate way too much the poses. I use to draw more cartoonish, and not used to ponies that much. Specially their anatomy is difficult.
And legs are the worst to me. I know they look weird.
And about that frontal leg, yeah. I had a few problems with that one. Had to redraw it a few times, and hadnt enough time to battle more with it, had to finish the drawing.
Ill be more carefull with legs next time.
