hmm.. but photoshop suppose to be a program that installed with every PC and laptop OAO?
i suggest you another program that i though it's as good as photoshop, it's called "paint tool SAI" have you ever heard of it? it's free for download

when i saw this, i could see smudges on the screen, and not really th epicture. so i was like "STUPID SMUDGES!!!!!" and their gone now >:3
