Just a thing, like the title says.. I screwed up a bit on perspective, but changing it now is a huge pain so I just leave it - this isn't meant to be a masterpiece anyway, it's more of an experiment with colouring technique..Art for my webcomic Alter

:3 Eli looks snazzy. I love shots of him in the suit. - and since it's the point of the pic, I suppose I should comment on the mech. I think it looks rather badass, if my opinion is reliable.

Not too bad! Took a bit of a hiatus from DA due to finishing college and some technical difficulties. Luckily graduation took care of both things (finished school and got a sweet new Mac + Final Cut + Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for grad gift

Sweet, congrats on graduating. Personally I finished my degree (maths, what was I thinking) and then decided (after finishing) I didn't actually want to do a job involving maths and want to be an artist.
I've been spending most of my time since then drawing. Gotta get the skill level up there so I can get jobs.

I'm kind of in the same boat - degree in journalism with no real interest in most forms of journalism. I'm trying to broaden my scope to moreso get out into the media somehow, like an editor or something, preferably that still lets me be creative and stuff, because I think deep down I'm an artist too. Should have gone to art school! XD

Perspective error or not, this is a good piece of work! I'd say the coloring is perfect.

I think the inking is a tad too thick for my tastes but I'm not sure! Hence experimenting

Astounding my friend to get a good color view of this already Amazing creation of yours Love it!! Hey I've had that problem myself start te work and realise either its smaller or larger than it should be so as you say this is only a test! If this was the real deal it would Ha you kno the rest Ha!
