Awesome looking! Though I am kind of curious. I don't see any guns, and I'm wondering what those big panels are for. Are they supposed to make the ship seem larger or act as the gun itself? Or am I over-thinking the design?

She is in her Alpha state , and strange enough all her guns are (in both) does not show up well

She has E type heavy pulse energy guns. They are not the best of their class ( they are pretty big and run warm). But you might have miss the size She is 60 meters tall 70 meters in length.

I have no technical idea about what those big wing-like things are, but WHATEVER! They look AWESOME!
I wonder if those fin things are just visual. I'm reminded of certain dangerous creatures that have a visual element that announces their presence.
For example, the way the cobra opens it's hood when it's threatened.
Maybe everybody flees when they see that pattern and shape coming.

Heh right on OSW ... Those side ARMWINGS are at, their landing position. Well, name of the ship is TULIPAEL. Tulip as in flower and EL makes the darn thing heavenly, semi living intelligent but under a full command of the pilots will sort of vessel. 
When ship takes off ARMWINGS also Gravity AMPLIFIERS ( think as in fuel stored in model aircraft design ) do change their position.
I am so glad that you do make me look at these designs with a fine , different angle
