I agree with dubbery.
They are both stylised pics anyway, so don't be hard on yourself. They both have strengths, but the second is a 'stronger piece' I feel.
Oh and PS, people like you with more artistic talent in your left pinky than I have in my entire body, are not allowed to use the words "I suck"

There's a very big difference between the two. The new one has better anatomy and feels more real. It's more believeable. Keep up the good work.

I think in reality the laced up boots would certainly be more practical but, the pointy tipped boots are a better fit to rest of her body. They fit her long slender legs, arms and torso. I'd leave the boots untied and pointy, like the second drawing, because this is not reality it's comics. If you want your character to run around jumping from rooftop to rooftop with untied shoes that seem to never fall off, then go right ahead and to it. Plus it would look badass.
