Description We have some large perennial flower bushes that the bees go crazy for.  It's getting kind of late in the season so these workers risk some cold temperatures while they go about their task.  Not all the bees are making it back to their hives.

Sometimes they just fall asleep in the cold, they do rally again if the weather warms, I have
not seen any in a couple of weeks

As the weather gets colder they will go into piles of vegetation to
over winter...

Up here in Michigan we never rake or throw out our weeds until we start
seeing bees in the spring because many are sleeping literally right at our feet
