Description
Eternal Sailor Chibi Moon's attack as seen in the final volume of the StarS Manga when she and the Asteroid Senshi arrived to help Sailor Moon.

A funny thing happened with this drawing, it ended up doing the opposite of what most of my drawings do and I actually started liking it more the more I looked at it so this'll probably get a coloring job... eventually

My only issue is that a Freezing Kiss seems more appropriate for Mercury or possibly Neptune so from now on, I think I'm going to redub it Pink Lady's Soothing Kiss. (Similar to Sailor Moon's Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss or Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss and with a better term then just "healing".)

Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon and all of its character, including ChibiUsa is (c) Naoko Takeuchi, Tokyo Pop, Toei Animation and any other respective owners I may not know/have listed or be aware of. I do not own the character in any way, shape or form, I am just a fan!
