I adore to bits Maramures <3( a Northern region in Romania).The folklore clothes are my favourite...and I also adore that cute top hat...I used to have one but sadly I threw it...(I feel so stupid right now)...Anyway's here a pic with an original hat---->[link]
Btw you have no idea how hard I find it to draw portraits X__X...AND I'M NOT EVEN REMOTELY PLEASED WITH THIS !
One more thing...I wished Himaruya designed him with this kind of hat...I love his top hat but this one made of dtaws is more legit...at least in my opinion...

It kinda looks like this one in the pic only except that it is rounder,smaller and
I'd say its the same size as the minibowler hat if not smaller.And it 2 small multicolored....thingies(I'd say balls though I may be wrong.Though they kinda looks like that).
It is pretty awesome.Though that hat I usually leave it on a candle (thats shaped in a traditional mask).

lol actually I don't know but I'm really not so upset over his vampire-ish design...hetalia is pretty much about stereotypes and this one is actually the best out of all the Romanian stereotypes.
