I haven't used RPG Maker since the 2000 version. I know what a Parallax background is, but I'm just checking something - a parallax map is using a background to simulate a map instead of actually making it from a tileset?

Yes! I have finished the tilesets ages ago, but the current hang-up is finishing up all of the sprites that will come with the pack. I'm really almost done though, hopefully within two months it'll be up for sale.

Ooh, does the school setting interest you?
I made sure to add in a school setting (even characters with school uniforms on!) so that people could focus on high school kind of games.

Awesome! I'm always desperately looking for school setting tiles too! It's turning into such an awesome tileset, I really can't wait for it to be released! ;u;

Hopefully I'll have it done in January >_< I'm working on the last thing left, which is female sprites (male sprites were just recently finished).
Not only does it include winter tiles - but every other season is available as well, and set up in such a way that you can change between seasons instantaneously without re-mapping.

;u; Oh my -those tiles look absolutely beautiful! I can't imagine the amount of time you've poured into these tiles, but they're definitely worth the wait!
I'm definitely looking forward to all the season tiles as well! I always struggle to find winter tiles I like, but jdskdsh I can't even summarize how lovely your winter tiles look without flailing.
I'll definitely be buying this pack though. >>
