this is miaka of fushigi yuugi. i was a big fan of the show when i was in high school. i started collecting manga because of this. Yuu Watase's work is one of the best. she's almost finish with the prequel; Fushigi Yuugi- Genbu Kaiden. I left my mangas of those back in japan coz it was excess baggage. 2000yen per kilo is alot of money you know. : )

i drew this a year ago. this is a pencil sketch. i just enhanced the contrast and edited some of it including the hands and the kanjis.

if you look closer at the scripts written at the scroll, you'll find a hidden message... that is,, if you can read japanese hiragana.. : )
