Hi,
yeah I love his expression which is the main reason that I asked the photographer/breeder if I could paint that. He reminds me of Winston Churchill for some reason. He has this look like he is definately up to something or about to pounce on a squeeky toy.

How beautiful! I adore the brindle coloration, it's quite difficult to get down, and you did such a nice job of it. (: The expression looks quite charming!

Thanks for the comments. I actually am painting another bull mastiff but this particular dog is mine and mind you he's a fawn and not a brindle. I will have it finished probably this Saturday and will post a photo as soon as I can after that.
