Description
Cronus has appeared, and Kuroto has sided with the CR team. During all of this, Rellorcs reappears, now using a Buggle Driver II, calling himself Rellorcs-Zwei, and has killed Kamen Rider Nise. Kuroto, not long after making Muteki, suddenly has inspiration again, and creates another Gashat: Shining Star. Giving it to Ash, Kuroto goes through his usual boasting of his "god-like talents", but Ash has stopped caring. His fellow Riders are being soundly beaten by this returned foe, but Ash doesn't let this deter him. Taking out the strange double Gashat, he makes a declaration before his friends.

"No one else dies to you! Here and now... I'm gonna surpass all of my limits! Henshin!"

Bearing the appearance of a magician, Scroller stands tall in the face of his enemy, wielding both his Gashacon Striker and Gashacon Katana. His seemingly invincible form in battle strikes fear into the heart of the Bugster Rider before him, but his invulnerability is but an illusion. Star Gamer's true power lies in tricking the opponent into thinking the user is doing something they're not through the use of illusions. It's power however, is real, and through the use of the form's Critical Trick, Rellorcs-Zwei is beaten, and his belt and Gashat broken. With this foe dead at last, the Riders all set their sights on Cronus, in a desperate bid to end the fearsome game known as Kamen Rider Chronicle...
