Description Rider form given to Natsuji Kijima, the defeated Cancer Zodiarts, after he's rescued from the Dark Nebula by Kamen Rider DiLord and recruited to GAIASHOCKER.

The Star System is a prototype of the original Meteor System, and as such, is more powerful, but at the cost of any extra additions or weapons.
_____________________
Following his defeat at the hands of Kamen Rider Meteor Storm States, Kijima is sent to the Dark Nebula as punishment. However, not long after his banishment, he's met by Kamen Rider DiLord, and is offered another chance at being a bad guy, but only on a set of conditions:

1) Kijima must submit to DiLord's will and accept his mark, making DiLord his master;
2) Kijima must NEVER touch another Astroswitch for as long as he serves DiLord;
3) Most importantly, and in DiLord's words, "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK IN RAKUGO WHILE IN MY PRESENCE. In the privacy of your quarters is fine, but NEVER around me."

Kijima acceppts the terms and takes the Star System, becoming the sole villain of the main Fourze Chapters for "Gaia Aftershock". This means HE, and ONLY HE, antagonizes the Riders in the Main Storyline chapters; he is absent from the story altogether until the final chapter of "Interlude Fourze".
______________________
The Star System, being the base and Prototype of the Meteor System, enables transformation through a similar vein: he must be exposed to Cosmic energy shot from the M-BUS Satellite, but with Meteor being the only one able to use the Cosmic Energy Ray from M-BUS, the Star system has been reworked and completed to act as a "Hijacking System", meaning that the specialty "Star Switch" used for transformation also functions as a tip-off for Kijima: Whenever Ryuusei Sakuta, AKA Kamen Rider Meteor, is about to transform, The Switch sets off an alarm that ONLY Kijima can hear, telling him to get to a place where he can activate his own system.

Being what it is, the system allows an easy transformation despite its hijacking functions. As Meteor transforms, Kijima steps into a hidden area and activates his system by pushing the Ready Lever Switch on the belt to the left. The belt will announce, in a deep, base voice, "SUTA REDII? (Star, Ready?)". With his left arm bent at the elbow so his fingers are curled into claws by his cheek and his right held out towards his left side in a similar fashion, Kijima shouts, "HENSHIN!", then thrusts his left hand down to hit the trigger, assuming a Disco pose and dancing a bit as the energy from M-BUS, already in transit to Meteor, stops cold and detours to loop into the Star Belt. Kijima is encased in a sphere of red-colored Cosmic Energy, which then sprouts five red spikes and takes to the skies. He will then touch down in front of the other riders, but in a position that places him between them and the Zodiarts they're fighting. When asked who he is, he responds in a manner similar to Meteor's: "Kamen Rider Star: The Star-Sent Warrior who will decide your end." During this line, He'll hold one hand alongside his face with the thumb up, but as he speaks, he'll drag his thumb across his face under his nose, turning it into a thumbs down as he stops, holding it parallel to his shoulder.

Being the basis for the Meteor System, Star has no weapons and no equivalent to the Meteor Galaxy, nor does he have an upgrade similar to Meteor Storm. Instead, as his power is his and SOLELY his own, the suit's power levels have been shot through the roof, turning him into a one-man army that can tank through just about any normal attack. When it comes to Limit Break finishing attacks, however, he can usually take three maximum before they start to seriously damage him. The only way to finish him off is a combination attack set in motion by Martian (Maki Sanada), Fourze Cosmic States, Nadeshiko Magnet States, and Meteor Storm States.

Finishing attack is "LIMIT BREAK: STAR SHOWER BREAK", an all-out, all-or-nothing burst of powerful punches and kicks, all finished off with either a hyper-powered Rider Punch or Rider Kick... or, if he feels REALLY cruel, BOTH.

An official image of Kamen Rider Meteor was used as the backing pic, but the color scheme came from a head-shot image of something called "Kamen Rider Meteor Crash" that I found while searching around for Meteor himself, which turns Meteor Storm red in color. It is not yet known if Meteor Crash is going to be cannon and pop up before the final chapter, so for now it's nothing more than speculation.

Hope you like: I'll be working on Nadeshiko's states changes next. ^_^

....I never got how prototypes could be stronger than finished versions in stories.It's kinda like how Kamen Rider Delta could beat up both Kaixa and Faiz yet being incomplete.If the original is strong, wouldn't the complete version be too?

Star was the basis of Meteor, but never became complete itself; it was scrapped when Meteor came out and proved itself to be superior. Thus, DiLord saw this as an opportunity, stole the system and had his scientists complete it, with the secondary order to "make it stronger than its successor". Thus, Star was completed, and made more powerful than Meteor could handle alone.

Wow, Star's Design is impressive and so is its system. Also, I feel the third condition is unnessceary cruel, which means it's perfect for Mr. Sociopath

I know, right? *rubs hands together evily* I always kinda HATED that Rakugo style of speach Kijima used. Now this way I can write him like I write everyone else without having to go into "lost in translation" by trying my hand at Rakugo when he speaks... I doubt I'd do very well.

Glad you like it, though! The head took me about an hour to finish on its own... everything else kind fell into step after that. ^_^
