soooo, I was really frustrated today, and in a nutshell, my bad hair day ended up manifesting itsellf, litterally as a bad hare XD

well, ore went into this than that....I was just thinking about how I never draw totally sicked-out critters anymore, and how that used to be one of the corner stones of my work. so I decided it was time to change that. sooo, after glancing at this rabbit decoration my mom has, I decided I'd make a crazy bunny....yes he has four ears.
He started out more obviously rabbit like in the begining, but as the drawing progressed, he started looking less and less like a rabbit (even by mutant standards!) although, I can still see all the rabbit features in him, but that's probably because I still remember what this looked like in the early stages :/ anyway, I feel the face is still mostly rabbit, but the body looks too horse, or even hyena like, imho. I think if I were able to emphasise his big rabbit feet, it would have been more aparent of what he's supposed to be. I experimented with a number of poses that did emphasize the feet more, but they were too awkward to fit in the page. I chose this final pose because I think it really gives the sense of motion, as if he's hopping out of the page....for your jugular vein >

the chances of this type of creature becoming an actual inhabitant of Yrd is extremely dodgey, but you never know. regardless, I may work on this more in the future.
