Description
"She may not look like the oldest Gym Leader around, but she's sure got the experience to prove it! She was sometimes called "The Wind Waltzer" for her iconic coordination combination of Ominous Wind and Ice Punch from her trusted Gengar Meno, which she would use to launch herself high into the sky as if she were dancing in the wind during Coordination Contests. Since then she's traveled high and low, from Kanto to Kalos, taking on gym after gym until finally setting up one of her own after years of adventures! This tricky pixie of an opponent uses an array of strange lights that she casts from her "magic" pen in order to guide her pokemon's moves. Much like Frontier Brain Anabel's talent of empathizing with her pokemon telepathically, it makes quite the puzzle to figure out how to battle. Nobody knows quite where her odd pen came from or how it works. Some folks believe that she isn't even from this world..."Depending on the day that you decide to challenge her, Kito will be wearing a different set of clothes representative of one of her ghost pokemon. This serves as a bit of a teaser for what pokemon she'll send out to battle last, as she never stays in the same order.

(Move sets aren't exactly the same as their in game counterparts, but are still similar to the way that I tend to battle. Aka not too many stat lowering or raising moves x,D)

TL;DR - My non-cannotical imaginings if my persona were to settle down and start a pokemon gym instead of traveling the regions through each new game that comes out (and still hoping in vain for more coordination contests )
I tried to make it look like a bunch of battle cuts, so depending on the day you challenge her she'll have a different outfit & pokemon complimenting the look- but her pose'll remain the same

This is really cool! I really like how you've incorporated the Pokémon designs inside your outfits. With those Pokémon I'd definitely want to have a ghost gym leader challenge like that in the games (and that trainers have nicknamed Pokémon like yours since you really wouldn't call a dog, Dog. xD)

That's probably the one thing I've always disliked about the games and show, that nobody never names any of their pokemon. It just feels really impersonal xDDD
But anyways thanks! :D Desiging the outfits was one of my favorite things about this project. Some of the designs were older ones that I wanted a chance to actually try out on Kito, while the others were made up just for this project, the Aegislash one being one of my favorites <3

Yeah, it's quite strange, although I guess it's justified since the Pokémon used aren't familiar as do the trainers, so I'm guessing calling it by species is the formal way (perhaps a theory or something?)
And you're welcome :] The Aegislash one works very well, and it helps that Aegislash is my favorite Gen 6 Pokémon. The idea of the outfits alternating between days is a good idea as well; adds a sense of realism in there since you never see any alternate outfits for many characters in the games. Again, nice job!

That definitely makes sense. Though- I'll still never understand why they refer to EVERY pokemon as an "it" whether they know it's gender or not, I can understand the genderless ones but it just feels really weird when someone in the anime like Ash keeps calling his pokemon "it"
Always kinda bothered me in game too xD;;;
Oh and same for me! The Aegislash line is my favorite as well, and then the Froakie line is a close second

I think my personal favorites are the Jirachi dress, and the new Aegislash outfit that I designed for this.

I just gotta wonder how you come up with the designs. I mean they're based off of the Pokémon they come from, but like the little touches as well. They're just so awesome and adorable at the same time XD

When I have a character to base an outfit off of, it tends to come pretty easily for me when compared to basing outfits off of... other types of outfits x,D
The only clothes not based on a pokemon was my trainer outfit, THAT was just from scratch other than the color scheme of the jacket, which on the back has the design of a luxury ball

WELL, depends on if I ever get some different materials besides fleece. xD The last two sweaters I made were a bit too tight due to the double layer of the fleece, so I'll have to look into other workable materials for outfits. I would like trying to make my Luxury Ball jacket sometime though! Since that's simple enough in design and the hat that goes with it is already based on a hat that I wear in real life all the time. xD
The other one that I might not make the whole outfit of- but just a part, would be the Aegislash scarf. I may not be able to do the gradient though, so it'd be fun just to base it on a single color from one of it's evolutions. Probably Honedge ;v;
Who knows, maybe I can make a little Honedge plush that hangs off the end as well

Now that'd take me another brainstorming session entirely! xD Another commenter gave me a good idea for the name of my gym badge, but I don't know what sort of puzzle I'd even want my gym to have
Maybe a combination between the aesthetics of the Psychic gym in X&Y, and then the flashlight lit puzzle mechanics of Fantina's Ghost gym from platinum? :0 And then there'd be little phantom shooting stars that'd be flying across the room and bouncing off the floor, occasionally lighting bits of the path as you go. xP
