Wow, this drawing is very interesting...and leaves me kinda confused (but in a good way, hahahahaha).
He has a very masculine face (as illustrated by his face shape and goatee) but his long lashes, darkened lips, and earrings give him a feminine twist. He also has that high-class aristocrat collar so when you put everything together it is very interesting to look at.
