Description
Unlike Danny, Danni isn't afraid of Dan. In fact, she, along with Jazz, are trying to befriend him. Dan, contrary to popular belief, doesn't want to be rehabilitated despite the fact that he is changing for the better. He tries to play it off with snide remarks and threats of death, but both Danni and Jazz see right through him. (Danny doesn't care what he sees. He believes that there is definitely no good in Dan.)Strangely enough, Danielle might have other feelings towards Dan. o: (Yes, I am strange enough to ship these two.) Danni is 18-19 here and Dan is around 30-31.

Wow you're right! That was a total fluke. :/ My thought process for Danni's design was basically taking Danni from the show and making her older, but keeping her color scheme, more or less. xD
I didn't really know what to do with her, so I kept her shirt the same, though I discarded the hood. Since Danny's shirt is white, I decided to make Danielle's under shirt white, mainly because it looked weird having the white over the blue. It was going to be red since I removed her hat and changed the color of her pants to make a darker blue, but I decided against it, and I didn't want to make her shoes red because those were the colors of Danny's shoes. I didn't want to make her too similar to him. I could still go back to that color scheme if this bothers you. It was totally not my intention. xD Sorry.

No, no, no, you're fine. ^_^ I admit, I did suspect something at first. I've had WAY too many people literally just trace over my work and go as far as trying to sell prints of it without giving any credit even to the good Butch Hartman. There are rather surprisingly big fans of my DP work that have been acting as my watchdogs lately. One of my supporters pointed this one of yours out to me. But after looking through more of your work, particularly after seeing the lineup with your version of Dani in it in full figure, rather than just the mid-up, (Which is that part that looks the most similar to my own) I've realized maybe I was jumping to conclusions after having so many people trying to hijack my own design on purpose. In looking at both of ours as a whole, even though we may have had a fair number of the same ideas with the development, the two really aren't that similar after all. So you don't have to change anything about your design. Besides. They do say that great minds think alike.

Don't apologize. I can understand why you would make that accusation because the characters do have similar designs. I probably would've flipped to, and besides, you didn't full out accuse me. You just stated your suspicion and allowed me the time to explain my process, and I appreciate that. There are definitely a lot of art thieves out there, and that would make anyone ready to spring, especially if it's their own work being stolen. xD

I've seen weirder shippings in other fandoms but this one raises one question. Does a relationship between an alternate future version of a character and a female clone of said character count as incest? I would think no but I'm not sure.
Still at least its not as disturbing as the idea of Dan obsessing over Maddie since he happens to have Vlad's ghost half merged with him. Granted no one has ever done a story involving that.

That's the whole problem I face with this situation because I honestly don't know! That's what makes this controversial and FUN!
Honestly though, I think it would be more along the lines of selfcest(sort of) because, despite being a girl, Danni is Danny's clone not sister (even though that is how she is portrayed in my story.) Then there's just the Vlad part of him which somewhat negates the Danny Danielle thing, at least for me. I also see this pairing way before I see Dan x Clockwork and Vlad x Danny(even if Dan is a mashed together version of these two...ew. xD) and ultimately Dan x Danny.
That is definitely creepy on soooooo many levels, lol.
Shhhh....you might jinx it. A part of me now wants to see if someone was crazy enough to post a story like that on FF.Net but the other part of me has backhanded the curious part of me, so I think we're cool now.

Well I've seen people do DannyxMaddie stories but they are mainly based on just mindless sex, which left me disturbed by the idea. Granted it's not uncommon, Hell there are plenty of fanfictions in Naruto that have him doing his mom so I really shouldn't be surprised. Still at least with the DanxMaddie thing, the Vlad half in Dan negates most of the disturbing factor of incest with the creep factor of Vlad's obsession. Wait a minute... THAT JUST MAKES IT WORSE!
Maybe that's why nobody ever bothered to think about it except for whoever brought it up in the Fridge Horror section of the Danny Phantom TV tropes.

That would be very disturbing, I guess that's why Butch Hartman preferred making Dan a psychotic, homicidal or genocidal ghost as his defining trait.
