Certainly the most beautiful long exposure I've ever seen

Did you use an ND Filter here?

No filters used on this shot.It was pretty dull and overcast so it wasn't really necessary. Appreciate your comment.

Hi Stephen, fortunately for me this was taken on a cloudy day and I had trees and cliffs to blot the light out,so no filter was used on this shot.I would advise you to use a tripod, shoot in RAW and perhaps an F stop of between 14 & 22 which will of course give you a longer exposure time.Shooting from a low angle can enhance the image as well, above all just experiment.I have just purchased a 10 stop ND filter, but haven't had the chance to try it out yet.One more thing, try shooting either early in the morning or late evening when the sun isn't so harsh.

You are welcome. Its a heck of a hike up there.. done it twice and it near killed me. But then I am not the youngest anymore lol. Personally I couldnt find any good pictures on the top, but then I didnt go very far out. Maybe with a longer hike there are some nice places ? xxx
