yush, some eevees can remove thier mask and some can not C:
as you might see Driwodeons are able to remove it from thier head while a graveon can not,
well somewhat creepy, but I really like it C:

some facts:
comuleons are commonly floating on thier cloud, they often use it to rise the strenght of thier
electric moves.
they often can not handle thier own charge so they accidentally shock themselves
(thats when thier eyes are...derping )

driwodeons prever to keep thier mask on thier head, they rarely take it off.
thier masks are thier camouflage in the rainforest in which they are living.
they decorate thier mask with different leafes and such.

Graveon... well I guess you know a lot about it already XD
