Today is Alphonse Mucha's birthday! ...well, it would be if he were 150 years old.such an inspirational artist!

I have that champagne Mucha poster in my house. x3 Along with 3 others. (Though, two of them are the same, only one is a close-up type one. The Moon one.)

I had to do an exact copy of one of his sketches for my art class once, I was stupid and chose one with a bunch of flowers in the background.

one day, One day, I really hope at least one artist who manages to pull off the mucha/art noveau style does a sort of tutorial on how to do it. (techiques, elements of the style, where you put the mucha-twirls,etc)
because I would LOVE to be able to draw something in Mucha, but I dont know squat on how to even begin.
