Description This is perhaps the zaniest thing I've ever drawn. Heheh.

As a hardcore fan of Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, I've often wondered what Judge Doom's true form is. These are scribbles of how I envision him unmasked.

I was goofing around with faces more than anything, really.

So, is there no official description of what Doom looked like under his human disguise?

According to

vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/m…

It is explained that Doom was originally a Toon named Baron von Rotten, who took up the role of playing the antagonist in movies, until an accident in which Von Rotten suffers a concussion, and awakens believing he is a real villain. Von Rotten thus begins his crime career, robbing the First National Bank of Toontown, then killing Theodore 'Teddy' Valiant by dropping a piano on his head, and spreading the stolen money all over the town in order to buy the election for Judge of Toontown, assuming the new name of Judge Doom.

As for the "Ressurection", He was revived by another gang of weasel cronies who, using an old cell and a multiplane camera, were able to revive him, proving it is possible to revive a toon. Doom disguises himself as a director, forcing Roger to purposely tone down his acting, in hopes to ruin his career, and has other designs in mind for his revenge.

I really love the idea of resurrecting of that concept. It's like taking your blood and putting it in a supernatural creature's bones in order to make itself live again.

But for your specific question, no. There is no official description. However, this fanart is probably the most closest thing of his form. pixarvixen.deviantart.com/art/…

Okay, but didn't the movie hint that he was Pistol Packin' Possum?

That is a theory. It's not hinted anywhere.

What about this as a depiction of Doom unmasked?

Are you really going to let a picture tell you that this is canon?

Perhaps his real name is Streatchy Chimp? A chimp who can stretch in different forms? I'd imaging him a similar fate as Oswald, the Lucky Rabbit had, but in the worst way possible. "If I don't get the limelight, THEN NO ONE WILL!", hence his vendetta against toons.

Well, that certainly seems to fit. His arms are probably more malleable, resulting in his anvil-hand and buzzsaw-hand moments in the movie.

I always thought he was a robot, or at least had a robot arm; and made of GOLD; cuz the anvil, and buzzaw were gold

Still, great; thats definatly the perfect face for "one SERIOUSLY demented TOON!"

Pretty cool idea you have. For some reason, I always thought of him looking like some kind of evil clown or something.

"Remember me, Eddie!? When I killed your brother!? I talked...jusT...liKE...THIIIISSS!" That character was always a funny one, I can just picture him like this!!

Now that's what he would've look like if he took off his whole disguise off. Good imagination.

Face is just great, though for costuming, I still say he'd have had the suit.
Apparently Doom was a toon named Baron Von Rotten who played a lot of villain roles (from the sounds of it, your cliche Snidely Whiplash/Bowler Hat Guy type). He got hit in the head too hard once (if that's actually possible for a toon) and started to believe he was a real villain. This is the backstory from the sequel comic book, Resurrection of Judge Doom
