Click the preview for full viewSo here it is, the Pixel-Metropolis. Currently, we have 49 members, meaning that we have room for no more members.
This is only a temporary solution. Once we have more submissions, they will be rearranged. Roads, and perhaps a river will be added later.
All submissions and drafts are added to our favorites . Now go and give 'em comments. They deserve it, don't you think? We'll be using the same light scheme as Henrique did on Mirrored Building www.deviantart.com/deviation/5β¦

First of all. My apologies for the late reply. I just haven't had the time to check on the project for a little while. But as I stated in a previous journal entry, this project will not be closed. This brings me to one of your questions, and my reply is no - we have no deadline. But I will send all of our members reminder note once I've finished my own submission for this project.
Regarding the light scheme, what I meant is that others have to make sure that their "lighting" (which sides of the building they color darker and which they color lighter) fits to ~Henrique 's entry (he was the first to submit). Hope that clarifies
Also, please let me say that I would be very happy if you decided to join our project. Your avatar is simply marvelous.

-Take your time replying to anything I say, my schoolwork keeps me busy inbetween; knowing that there is no deadline means I can take a bit of care with this project.
-Yes, that bit of information is exactly what I was looking for - considering my dark side is usually on the lower right instead of the lower left.
-Thanks for the compliment, I dont do alot of non-isometric (thus taking up your project), but the Icon was somthing I had been working on for a while. Glad you like it.

Yes. Even I haven't submitted yet. We all have lots to do, which is why I haven't set any deadline on this project. But once I've finished my own submission, I will send a reminder note to all of our members

I have already planned how the city is going to be, but a little help in creating the objects would be very nice. However, I have a lot to do at school at the moment, but maybe I can create a sketch of how I'm imagining the city in a month or two...

thanks for the comment. I tried to look at your project, but I only got an error message telling me that "The IP address for the website you requested could not be found". Either there is a problem with the server or maybe they have just blocked some russians websites from the school computers. I can try to access it from the library instead...
