I don't understand why. In RGB the colors are R:0 B:0 G:0. How can I get it blacker?

I dont know.. but its another color black than the standard paint black... I cant see the difference, but if you paint something in black on the template, and you try to remove it with the eraser (right click, so it will only remove black) it wont remove the template lines...

I have that problem too with my photoshop. It really is black when you export. It happens to my blue (look purple) and reds (look orange).

that's strange. could you paint over the lines with your black and upload the template to imagemule or something, and I'll update the link.

yeah but it makes pixeling harder... Why dont you just leave some space between the next building?

because then it won't look as neat...
the guidelines are only there to show the angle anyway. You don't need to keep the squares. You can replace them with grass and add roads and buildings or whatever as long as you use the correct angles.

I uploaded a bmp to ImageShack which was then converted to png: [link]

hmm it seems to me that there are missing 2 pixels on the right, and 1 on top..

Yes, it is supposed to be that way because when many patterns are placed aside each others, the pixels on the left will act as a link between right side of one square and left side of another. Same goes for top/bottom.
