Since I got more ideas out of my first happy accident, I wanted to put them down.Seriously though, if senpai doesn't like a girl this flexible, he HAS to be gay! There's nothing wrong with that, it would just explain why he hasn't noticed our dearest Yan-chan yet.

Somehow I like the idea of Ayano being this socially inept girl that completely fails to grasp the concept of personal space. I mean, it beats the stabby-stabby-bloody-spurt-spurt personality that she seems to operate on since she's supposed to be a walking yandere stereotype.

This has to be one of my favorite comments on this piece so far.
Maybe it's just me, but this is how I'd probably play her in the game. Given that Ayano struggles with emotion and, as YandereDev said, she hadn't felt any emotion up until she met senpai, so I kind of wonder if this also means she may have trouble reading body language, expressing emotions, picking up social signals and things of the like.
