Also, actually, by using Manga Studio instead of Photoshop because Photoshop is shit for inking. :T (also, cintiq helps.)

Sadface me only has Photoshop CS2... but I have been tryin to find a new program now that will be easier to use. Coloring in Photoshop is ok but damn my lines are all weird because my hand doesn't apply even pressure on the wacom.
I guess I will try Manga Studio if I can get it!

It goes on pretty frequent sales; I'll let you know when it does next! You don't need EX if you're not making multipage stories for the most part; regular version will work (and be much cheaper).
