I'd say Rainbow Dash is a lot more like Thor. They can both control the weather and both of their methods of travel involve rainbows. Besides, why would Rainbow Dash need an Iron Man suit when she can already fly?
Twilight fits the bill for Iron Man seeing as how they are both geniuses and both committed to their work.
