Thankies! For the record, this isn't the character's new look, rather what she'd look like if she was in the Rockman Zero games rather than the Megaman X style of the original. So maybe it is a new look for 2XX years in the future!

I'm sure you can, the markers can be expensive but you can get cheaper ones on ebay, which are still pretty good.
