It's Yue as the moon spirit.I started this last year and recently fixed it up and gave it a background.

I'm glad I found this, this is one of the most beautiful Avatar arts I've seen...ever!
To be honest, Yue wasn't one of my favourite characters (because she was always turning down Sokka. :{{{) but when she died I was really sad. At least now Sokka's...got a ghost following him. 'Cept not really. *cough*
