Water is so hard to paint! >.< You did an amazing job with all the reflections and ripples. The whole color scheme is really nice to look at as well.

I dunno, I think it has a lot of depth. That rock and the reeds in the foreground add to it a lot by appearring so close.

Hey neat. That weedy water is particularly fine! I am quite fond of scenes of this sort... The kind of place that I'd like to hang out on some moony night with a bottle of wine and a million lust-maddened frogs for company.

Well... there are other advantages besides the frogs. We're allowed to fish (although I don't and never have)... and I got attacked by a turtle the other day!

Getting attacked by an ordinary turtle is special. Way to go! I was chased by a big white goose once. It was oddly frightening.

Thank you! I was particularly pleased with the composition - something I'm usually a bit sucky at. I think it could probably use more contrast, to give it more pop - but with the limited colour palette I couldn't figure out what. So meh, I left it instead.
