Description Alternate title: Luminosity was the only layer type I worked on.  

Grown up Tobi without bunny ears doing things I'm not really sure how to describe 8^) forcing glowing fish out of their habitats using a rod surrounded by sparkles
Something I wanted to draw for a long time and didn't have time until during spring break. c: Really glad I finished it

It was meant to be a random person but then the hair looked like Tobi's and I was like screw it

I just use fringe on every single layer :'DDD and a special watercolor tool that I made 
there also huge birds on the mountains
