01/07/2017 NEW UPDATE: We finished negotiating and came to terms on 1/5/2017, I decided to wait before updating to see if the coast was clear-- more stuff is still coming out of the wood work despite our agreement to part ways.
Please note, everyone has a choice to do the right thing, whatever the owner decides to do with their community is their choice, I did not force their hand in any of the decisions they've decided to take. However I did remove all of my taums, and the species is no longer my business as long as it adheres to our agreement. As noted int he stash link before - If the owner decides to influence the quality of my experience here- be it sending slanderous notes, threats, making unnecessary

taum owner has the right to resell character at any price, to change design (except for colors), to gift to anyone (unless i have them blocked then i do not service blocked users),
and have the right to know their taum is part of a closed species. That I will never give away a taum as a gift in fairness, and I shall never make an exact copy or base of their taum.
