I dunno why, but people seam to not like this picture for some reason o_ODon't have much to say about it... was made for my friend Agenon ([link] )
I've been thinking about making all the diffrent forms of deoxys, but I think I'm too lazy to do that.

I think it's because it looks more like a bulky ogre, while I've always imagined it as more of a sleek alien.

My guess as to people's dislike is that it looks to much like an alien in a high-tech suit instead of a sentient being created from a mutated space virus.

The red plates on his body look way too much like armor. That's where you went wrong. Th grey part of his body also looks like the chain mail that nights wear under their armor. You strayed too far from the original design. It is a good drawing, but it looks more like something out of dragonball, fullmetal alchemist, or another anime than a pokemon.

I can't see how people don't like it. Deoxys is an alien, after all, so for you to make him look more alien-ish is much more bad-ass!
I would love to see your take on his Defense Form. Seeing how awesome this one is, I know any form of Deoxys you make would look equally spectacular. A fave in my book.

This is another picture I often overlook. I don't really know why. It may have something to do with the fact that I don't know a bloomin' thing about deoxys.
Interesting body textures, and I like how the central core has veins. The legs seem really disconjointed compared to the real thing, and I still don't understand the fact that its tentacles are the same colour as its body armor, but it's still good. Upgrading the patterns on its body was a good touch.

This one is really cool.
You don't always have to have a background or anything else but the character you're drawing.
This is a nice example of a good emphasis on the character without the need for a background to bring certain things out from it (things like the size of it, or unique features it has.)
Again, a fine work!

I think it looks great but I think not many people like it because it seems you were trying to do him in real life but it came out a tad cartoony.

This...is.....AWESOME. I've seen tons of Deoxys fanart, being the freakish fangirly person I am, and I must say, this is by far the most original and the best. Either that or I'm more cut off from the outside world than I think..Ah well. *glomps teh Deoxys*

Wow! This Deoxys looks POd! It looks all muscular and big and mean and uh... sorta like someone I would DEFENENTLY not want to meat in a dark ally! The only thing that I think that it could use would be a sorta metalic like finish, but thats just me. Check out my gallary to see what I mean. Also, I dont really understand what that pole is that its got in its grasp. But, again,

I think the cartoonish effect is the color that is deoxys as well as this one being more of a tentacle-form which is more cartoonish than real life just because. Interesting knee joints, too
