Nice drawing, but it could look more like grovyle. Grovyle has more green on it than this guy (notably, its upper jaw, and fingers), and its crest looks a little too short. It's still a really cool looking dinosaur thingy. You're real good at drawing.

B) A lot of pokémon is inspired by dinosaurs
C) I've happen to randomly come draw the pokémon that look like dinosaurs
D) A mix of the above

Hmm...I love how it looks like a raptor (they're my favorite kind of dinosaur), but I think a longer feather on its head would look similar to how the cartoon is. It would still however tie in with the rest of the animal. The neck could also be a little thinner; if you look at birds, they have thin but strong necks. But it's too late now; you already drew it. It'd be interesting to see how you would do a Sceptile.
