Great work Chap!
Is the city abandoned? Because that is the feeling I get from the pic. Cold emptiness of space and the city. There could be a massive powercut I suppose, as there are suprisingly few lights on in the cityscape.

Interesting composition and idea. The black and white has a great look to to it and the planets also do well in the monochromatic theme.
I would make the starfield much less dense when the base area is on a planet, that way distance is more set and the stars won't detract attention from the landscape and planet elements.

this looks good ^^
the photo's great, but you can see some sharpening....
you were carefull with the lights display to mach the photo's, which gives it a more relaistic feeling
there are no crop marks on the photo and the textures are awesome! (is that actually a photo of the Earth?)
the starscape's also good

Beautiful work! B&W really complements the image. Perhaps tone down the stars a bit to help keep the focus on the planets and city?

Cool. Same effect happens here as what happens in Solex, where the vastness of both parts to the photo compliment each other. The monochrome really helps give power to the cold feeling of space and the city, helping keep the focus the the power of the star light.
