Description Shui Long, which means "Water dragon" in Chinese is Aqualia's beast companion.

Dragons: Regardless of what element, dragons are very ferocious, majestic and loyal to their masters. But dragons of different elements do tend to have distinguishing behavioral characteristics. To tame a dragon is a considerable feat that that not many toas or any other race of bionicle have done. It is very unwise to anger a dragon since it may be the last thing that one may ever do.

Sea Dragons: Sea dragons can be found at any dept in the ocean. They have been known to come to the surface and even leave the water since they can breath both air and water, and they can be found at the greatest depths. Sea dragons are usually the less hostile toward toa and Matoran and are least susceptible to evil tamers like dark hunters and Makuta. They use their sharp claws, and bodies primarily in combat but when out of the water they can shoot a β€œwater spike” which is a burst of water shot at lethal pressure. Serpent dragons Shui long have also been known to use constriction like a snake sometimes to subdue their opponents.

Hai zu: The Hai Zu, which means "sea tribe" in Chinese is a small group of reclusive Toas and Matoran that live under water but are not apart of Mahri nui that are known for their mastery of sea creatures. Sea dragons and the Hai Zu are closely associated. Aqualia is the first of her tribe to leave the Hai zu nomads. She left Archimedes Found her and Offered her a place in the Defenders of virtue. Her leaving is the main reason the Hai zu and their taming of sea creatures is known.

Thank you. I was most unsure about that to. I didn't know if the spinax mask worked. But I guess so.

You did a wonder full job of keeping everything consistent and symmetrical, I really like the body however, i think the lower legs are abit skimpy however they have the right shape so i dunno how i feel about that. The overall detail and shape is so well done, im really impressed

I like the way you did the connections too, it gives the impression she can fold her limbs up when she swims, like a Chinese Dragon would.

The head i think is my favorite part The way you took the original and made it look even better was impressive, i love the nose, and the pose-able whiskers.

The only thing i didnt like on this was how beefy the back upper legs were, when they still had the same lower part as the front, it just looks odd to me.(however they look very well built)

I like the extra toes too, nice touch ;D

Thank you. It was really hard doing that. As I showed you I tried keeping the original Felidae body and just lengthening it but that didn't work. I wanted to keep as much of the original build as I could. I was wondering about the legs but all the pictures of dragons I looked at had skimpy legs. And the back legs didn't seem too much bigger than the fronts either. I'm pretty impressed with how she came out to. I was giggling like a school girl yesterday as I finished her up and marveled at my creation. I consider her to be on the level of build as Ryakk and the other colossi, and with those it was slow building up process to get to their level. Here it all just kinda hit me at once and I was like "WHOA, I did that? Damn!"

Their legs don't fold up either when they fly/swim/undulate either. The back ones go backward and the front usually forwards to. I looked a lot of reference pictures and kept a few that I liked open in tabs the whole time.

You know, the head was the part I was most unsure about. I wasn't sure if the spinax mask flowed into the snout well enough or if it placed the eyes in the right place. But I'm glad you like it. My favorite part about the head is how the mask actually gives her a second row of teeth behind the front ones. Moar teeefs izz guwd.

Well that was kept from Felidae, but I added a few parts to the back and front. I kinda made the backs beefier by using the orange mata feet on the shins and the orange piraka thigh armor on the fronts. But I did want to keep the shins the same. Again in the pictures there wasn't much differentiation between the front legs and back.

I really like the back toes, if I had more silver horn pieces I would have done it on the front to.
