I use 3 programs actually: 1st I use Adobe Illustrator for the lineart, then I color it in paint.NET, then last I detail everything in Gimp 2.6 :3

Thanks ! I noticed you using more than one program ( because i recognised both Gimp and Paint.net , both of witch i have ) but i wasn't too sure about the 1 st one  ..... but anyway , Thanks !!
