Time Lord Secondous, the Fawn of Knowledge and his eye of infinite existences.
C: A little bio~

Secondous is one of 4 Time Lords and controls time by the second. He is an inter-dimensional being which allows him to interact with dimensions higher than 3. His purest original form takes the shape of a creature made of only light, and his current form is a fawn with humanlike features. Secondous actually has no gender, but is regarded mainly with male pronouns by lesser beings. He's presumed the most knowledgeable being in the universe simply because he gains knowledge in no chronological or particular order for every second he is alive. He is called the fawn of knowledge when he roams earth and other areas habited by humans, and sometimes you can find him hidden in large forests disguised as a fawn. Secondous speaks all the time and never stops, he usually spews mostly anything that is factual or historical at random and it is mostly all said in very obscure tongues under his breath. The eye on his stomach is a 'seeing eye' which views anything on any scale, changing by the second. With him, he normally carries one of many hourglasses of time, which count down to very mysterious events. His weapon is also the second-hand on the clock.
