The concept with him being mirrored through a reflection looks great, and I love how miximaxed!Tenma looks more confident than his original self. hehe// Also, your painterly shading looks so smooth and wonderful; I can't stop staying at the peaches and the folds of his clothes. ;u;
I can see you put a lot of detail into the plants and leaves, which gives off a nice effect! I could go on about how pretty this picture is. haha
