Description (Title borrowed from WoW greens.)

This image literally just popped out of my head, but when I first started it, I had a hard time putting my stylus down. So I didn't! This probably means that I've got tons and tons of mistakes, but at the end of the day, it just felt good to paint something unrestrained.

Lots of learning happened on this picture, texture use was minimal, and I didn't really take any shortcuts for painting things like fire, lava or the other effects.

Anyway, she's supposed to be some kind of lava...unicorn...devil. Magmacorn? >_> had an amazing design of a similar creature once, and I'll admit that was some of my inspiration for this even though she removed that particular picture from her gallery ages ago. This was also inspired by the Firelands of WoW. Yep!

This is such a awesome character! I especially like how you did the posing as well as the style of her pinkish hair. The pink crystals as well as the rest of the background came out incredible!

Alright, "Magmacorn" just overcame my objection to the pink horn being too "cute" for the image.

Nice work! Though the upside-down hoof seems a bit awward.

It was even more awkward when I first started it. =\ This was the compromise that my current level of skill and reference hunting would allow, sadly.

Well, it came out pretty good, I'm also impressed you included the little hoof-stub-things behind it(dunno what they're called). The fact that it's very dark makes shading difficult and is probably adding to making it hard to visualize.
