I have a policy about not drawing canon characters for commissions because my knowledge of existing works/characters is limited, and also because they're DETAILED AS HECK.
This comm is, however, for a childhood friend who very fond of both this character and my art and specifically asked for a piece of him in my style. I know how much this guy means to her so of course I couldn't say no!
Painting all the details was a grueling task though, to be honest. I don't think I'd be able to do anything remotely detailed as this anytime soon ;;
