She looks so great. The lighting is great but I don't think it is natural light. But then her eyes seem to have a window reflection.
For the picture, I think it's better if crop a little more on the left to remove that showing of the arm pit.

the picture was taken in front of a window, but it was a rainy day... maybe that is why it doesn't look so natural.
concerning your second suggestion, i have already cropped the picture.. i tried to center the eyes, in order to obtain a certain equilibrium. do you think i should crop it more?

sometime a little off center look nicer. And here a tiny off center might be nice to go with the tilting of her head.
And for the cropping, I just think it look better. But it's all come down to what you think your work should look like. Neither way it is a great shot.
