I'm guessing it's somewhat similar to the concept unification between ShowBiz Pizza and Pizza Time Theater, where both brands merged as one and became Chuck E. Cheese's, (in this case FredBear and Friends Restaurant and Chica's Party World being re-branded as Freddy Fazbear's Pizza).
Though I guess it could be possible that not all locations shut down, thus leaving the possibility for another potential spin-off.

Within the source code of one of the Sister Location teasers there was a code saying Chica's Party World, while it's still unknown what it means but it's possible that there might be more spin-off locations than just Circus Baby's Pizza World.
