Did the artwork about a week ago on Reddit, but I felt like uploading it here as well, after finally beating Corn Maze the proper way in Curse of Dreadbear after fighting against Jack-O-Foxy's godawful A.I., I decided to do this piece after hearing about the Cult theory the Vanny mask presents.On Reddit some people like the idea of a cult carrying on Afton'sΒ legacy while feels like it's a really dumb idea and think that adding a cult to FNaF is "Running out of ideas". Oh please... FNaF has had tones of dumb and terrible ideas just shoehorned into the lore (remnant, Purple zombies pretty much everything from the Fourth Closet) and as for running out of ideas, FNaF did that long ago when Scott added purple zombies (the most cliche and overused creature in media) into Sister Location Costume Night.
Whether it's a cult or just Vanny, FNaF's story seems to have an actual direction for once after a few years of the story having no direction, we'll just have to wait and see what happens next.

I know this art has been here for months and since I've gotten into the lore of FNAF VR and FNAF AR. Let me agree about FNAF has done some dumb ideas. Such as yep The Forth Closet, and the whole thing with Ennard using Michael's skin to escape. It's crazy and.....the lore is weird if you look deep into it and if you're just a casual viewer, it's again crazy.
Honestly whether it's just Vanny or there being more people(Seems like it's just Vanny right now). The idea of William getting a cult is honestly intriguing. I like the idea of more villains or so than just William and who else. Because Fazbear Entertainment and the animatronics are another topic. Again it would be interesting. While I can imagine the fandom going ape shit at an idea. I think I would welcome it.Β
I think I agree about the direction part. It's nice we have that. Overall an excellent piece of art here like always.

The FNaF lore does get silly and there is nothing wrong with that but at one point I felt the series had gotten too silly and was really pushing theΒ suspension of disbelief, I think Scott got too carried away with his ideas and didn't really think about how it would fit into the overall story.
That's why I like the new direction because not only is there an actual direction for the story but they're clearly moving away from the awful Afton family story arc to take the story back to what people liked about it to begin with and that's the pizzeria and the animatronics but I noticed the newer games goes into more insight into Fazbear Entertainments itself and how the corporation ticks, which is something I wanted to see expanded on in the previous games.
Also Vanny has great potential as a new character providing they treat her like an actual character with a personalty and not an emotionless plot device like all the other human characters because as much as I like William Afton (the FNaF 1-3 version not the modern version or novel version) but eventually I will get tired of him just coming back over and over again, it'll get boring and I'll just want him to die for good, I'll much rather have a new character carry on his legacy to take the series in new directions.

I agree with that, also thank you kindly for responding. Including I remember in his interview with Dawko again it sounded like FNAF4 he seems to regret certain choices he made. Which was the reason why Sister Location was made or so. With it's direction it took.
Yeah I can agree with the newer stuff taking more into insight of Fazbear Entertainment. I never thought of it that way. Besides the Afton family stuff is some what done with. Including as a guy who has thought of the world of FNAF. Again I agree with you on the well world building in a way. Including in some ways, make things for simple.
I also agree with that. Especially I was hesitant with FNAF VR and AR at first. But overtime and thinking about the possibility of Vanny being a complex character. It's something I like thinking about. Again it seems nice to have another villain in this series.
Also I can get that. Even if from what I think, I love the idea of William being such an asshole that he comes back from the dead to be a virus in a way. But like I said I can agree with that. Again thanks for responding.

Yeah this could work. It looks like Will got out and back into a flesh body if the clues in Help Wanted are to be believed and heck...hes got another kid still alive out there. Maybe it wasnt just Wills parts that got used up. Could have gotten Mike and Elizabeth too. So we got four...you can get a cult with 4 yeah.
