Wow, this looks amazing! Especially compared to the first one though in both pictures you use such gorgeous colours, I've got to admit. The way you did the sea and clouds is really just amazing and plus, I love the way you did the girl, she looks very good anatomically speaking. Plus, her expression is very cute - good work!

Nice work, man! I really liked the old one, but the subtle details here with the sheen of her sundress and her skin add a really splendid little extra level of detail to things.
