Mello from Death Note.It's really an oekaki, but was finished in Open Canvas. Unfortunatly it keeps shutting itself down, which had resulted in saving extra-frequently, and shoving progress into one, incase anybody wants to see here .
SORRY I AM BEHIND WITH MESSAGES. KYO IS NOW MY #1 PRIORITY.
