Eh, she'll find a way out. After all, the guy does get imprisoned later on in the Silmarillion, so she kinda celebrates when that happens. She herself isn't evil at all, as is the nature of fire, it really depends on the situation. Although she's definitely prone to being provoked like fire. Just give her a fox and she'll calm down.
