Yup. Particularly perlinos and champagnes have hazel-green eyes.

You have to open two files of the same picture. One grayscale, one color. Drag the grayscale picture to the file of the colored one. Align the grayscale with the colored, exactly. If it's off by even a tiny bit, you won't be able to do the next step. Now you add a mask to the grayscale. Take the paintbrush and start to paint over the black and white where you want color, like the way I did for the horse's eye. I had to use a very small brush to get in between the eyelashes. It took a long while, lol
At first, I was only going to do the whole thing in black and white. Then I thought, his eye is really gorgeous, why make it black and white? So I just manipulated my photo the way I did. I'm super glad I did it this way too, because the grayscale effect on the rest of the picture makes it kinda soft, and draws attention to the eye. I'm really proud of it <3 Thanks for favoriting it Wro

Hmm. I just use Photoshop 7. But, what I do in this program is to go to Image, Mode, Grayscale. For you, try finding the dropdown menu that lets you alter the image. It could be called Mode or Adjustments.
