Seen a lot of these shots on here. This one is by far one of the best. The colors and dept of focus is incredible. Very well done. I agree with the upper right being a little to bright, but to be honest, the shot is so good, It doesn't bother me at all..

my only critique is that it's a tiny bit too bright in the upper lefthand corner, although i know that can be hard to avoid with grays sometimes

Ummm...First use the selection tool and select the picture. Then go to I think "Layer" and there should be an option for "Layer via copy." Do that...then double click the background layer, and press ok, so that it's no longer locked. Move the copied layer below the original background layer (which is the original picture). Making sure that you have the lower, copied layer selected, go to canvas size and make that bigger. Then resize the lower layer to fit the new canvas size. Make a third layer below the other two layers, either black or white depending on whether you want the border to be darker or lighter. Then go back to the copied layer, and there should be an option called "opacity" around where the layers are...mess with that and pick what you like best.
There's probably a better, easier way to do it then what I described...but this is what I do.
