Description I was walking home from an unsuccessful assignment to shoot the front of Buckingham Palace (which i must say is extremely unphotogenic, hence why it was assigned) and spoted this amazing light through these trees and lo and behold there just happened to be a person and bench right where i needed them, i suppose this makes as good a concelation shot as any eh?

This is so peaceful and gently beautiful. It just almost floats in front of you with the beauty it has. The colors, the lighting . . . it's excellent

I love the colors and shadows. Did you have the time to take a symmetrical shot (standing behind the bench, having one shadow to the right and one to the left. And to brake the symmetrie, you would have the lantarn.)
Don't get me wrong though, I really like this shot!

How did your shots of Buckingham Palace turn out?

Yea , looks very nice and clean. Good colors (greens and dark browns) really work well with this lighting here. That bench looks a little low, seems to be floating there. Looks interesting to me. The shadows/lighting works great, good quick shot.

quite a lovely shot -- really neat the way that you caught the back of that individual sitting down on that bench there. that glare on whatever the heck that is to the left of the first tree (another bench?) is intrusive, however .. but doesn't take away from the shot at all to me.
